Starfield Brownout

Starfield playthrough continues with Brownout. We are on Titan the moon of Saturn in the outpost of New Homestead where we speak with Joyce. Joyce had an issue we can help out with. I have the outpost skills at this point of the game which are handy on this quest.

This is an easy quest, go fix what needs fixing and come back and get paid.
