This is the start of the Project Valkyrie Mod. 

The quest is In A Darkened Room where if you read the description of this mod, it starts at the Parsons Insane Asylum where you have to free Valkyrie from her cell. 

This is my first quest since the big mod updates and you will see examples of mods not playing nicely with each other. My first time playing this mod, you will be able tell too haha
