This is the quest Casting A Line from the Sim Settlements mod. I was watching LyoKaze on twitch playing her fo4 as I was going through this raw footage. There is a glitch, but it gets worked out. Looks like a raider is invisible (?). I have Gage, Dog and shei the wolf with me.
