This is a full quest, so there might be spoilers.
This uses the same building as in Sim Settlements 2, so if you have that mod and Depravity as I do there is a clever way the creator of ss2 made this work.
It is long, there is a fast forward button there if skipping through if stuck on something.
This is also my first playthrough with this mod.
