You got it Fallout New Vegas Geckos are now in Fallout 4! With the Mojave Geckos (found on Nexusmods) you have wild geckos and one named Geck that can be a follower. He is really cute too! Dont be fooled though, being just a youngster Geck is pretty tough, cant wait to see Geck all grown up!
