This is the quest Like a Goodneighbor from the Depravity mod in Fallout 4. A long quest, longer if you had not completed the vanilla quests beforehand.
My character is eight months pregnant.
Followers are dog, Shei the wolf, Borous the Nightstriker, Peter – some know by now he is family, and Gage.
I play on pc with the mouse, keyboard, and an xbox controller.
If you notice on the right-hand side, at the bottom you can see my FPS (frames per second) tool I left on. You can clearly see where frame rates drop within the game.
